SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING POLICY

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Shipping rates are calculated in real time based on the shipping options you select, the products you are purchasing and where they are shipping to. Rates may or may not include our own handling fees associated with certain products or certain shipping destinations. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Delivery estimates are calculated on business days and do not include weekends or holidays. Our shipping cutoff is 12:00 PM EST Monday – Friday. Orders placed after our shipping cutoff time typically ship the following business day provided the items are in stock.

FREE 7 Day Ground Shipping
All RETAIL orders that total $50 or more prior to tax and after the application of discounts, coupons, and gift certificates will qualify for FREE ground shipping in the continental United States. Wholesale customers and oversized items are not included.

Standard Shipping Options
We use UPS Ground as our standard shipping method.

USPS Priority Mail shipments are usually delivered within 2-3 days from the time of shipment. UPS Ground shipments are usually delivered within 5-7 business days from the time of shipment. Please keep in mind that these shipping times are estimates and are calculated from the time the shipment leaves our warehouse. Shipping times will vary depending on your shipping method, location and the availability of products in your order. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

UPS Ground tracking is updated more frequently than USPS Priority Mail tracking in most cases. If tracking a package during shipment is going to be a concern, we recommend selecting the UPS Ground shipping option during checkout.

Express Shipping Options
UPS 3rd Day Air options are available during checkout. We do not ship on holidays or weekends.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

Due to Missing or Incorrect Merchandise
You must report missing items within 5 days of the scheduled delivery date. If you discover a damaged item, complete our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request form at the bottom of this page.

Due to Damaged Merchandise
We strive to ensure that every order arrives on time and in good condition. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt to verify that all of the items have arrived in good condition. You must report damaged items within 5 days of the scheduled delivery date. If you discover a damaged item, complete our RMA request form.

Due to Defective Merchandise
For any merchandise which is defective in workmanship or material and for which you make a claim, we will elect to either repair, replace or refund the purchase price. When making such a claim, you must first complete our RMA request form.

Due to General Satisfaction
We want you to be completely satisfied with the purchases you make at SudburyBoatCare.com. If you’re not satisfied, you may return or exchange any item in its original condition within 2 weeks of the receipt. Bulk & wholesale orders (orders with 6 or more of the same item), special order items, closeout items or items that have been personalized cannot be returned unless the items have manufacturing defects. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.

How to Process a Return
Before you return or exchange any item, you must first complete our RMA request form. If your claim is approved, we will email you with an RMA number and instructions for returning the merchandise to us. When returning merchandise to us, you must include your RMA number, your original packing slip and the merchandise itself in original condition. We cannot accept any return or exchange without all of these items being included. If your claim is not approved, we will email you with an explanation of why it was not approved.

ORDERS RETURNED WITHOUT A PROPER RMA# WILL BE REFUSED.

SECURE PAYMENT

Payment methods accepted:

Sudbury Boat Care accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal®. We also accept debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo. We do not accept checks or money orders.

Coupon Codes:

Coupon codes must be entered at time of check out at the bottom of the cart page.Accepted valid coupons will then show in the cart and cart totals. We regret that coupons not entered in this way cannot be honored.

Gift Certificates:

Gift Certificates must be entered at time of check out at the bottom of the cart page. Enter the gift certificate code in the proper box and then click apply. Any available balance on the gift card will be applied to the cart. If the cart total is less than the gift certificate the balance with be left on the gift certificate. If the cart value is greater that the gift certificate balance then the balance of the cart will have to be paid by one of the above methods or an additional gift certificate
